When a call to your business number goes unanswered, VERA texts the caller back. It is built and switched off for every account until it is released.

A chat box for your own website that answers visitors from your knowledge base and files each conversation in the Inbox. It is not offered to customers yet.

Data sync for more integrations
Every listed integration connects today, but some only hold the connection and do not read data back yet. Each integration card says whether it syncs.
