Only the time you have
Open slots come from your hours, your existing appointments and your connected calendar. A slot that was taken while the customer was choosing is refused, not double-booked.
You still decide
A booking lands as a request. You confirm it, and a confirmed appointment can be copied into your Google Calendar so your phone knows about it too.
Changes without a phone call
The customer's link lets them move or cancel their own appointment and add it to their calendar. It shows that one appointment and nothing else about your day.
