The customer's side
One page for everything a customer has with you
A private portal for each customer with their quotes, invoices, payments, appointments and visit recaps, opened with a one-time code sent to details you hold.
No credit card required. Cancel anytime. You keep your data and integrations.
Does VERA have a customer portal?
Yes. Each customer can have a private portal showing what they have with your business: quotes to accept, invoices to pay, appointments, project updates, visit recaps and paperwork you asked them for. The link alone opens nothing. The visitor also enters a one-time code sent to the email or phone on their record, so a forwarded link stays private.

Inside Customer portal.
Three things it does, and what each one saves you.
Everything in one place
Quotes, invoices, payment requests, appointments and document requests sit on one page with the balance due at the top. Each item opens the same page its own email links to, with the same accept, sign and pay controls.
Locked to the right person
The one-time code goes to the email or phone already on the customer's record, never to an address the visitor types in. Replacing the link signs out every device that was trusted before.
Only what is theirs
Internal notes, costs and crew details stay on your side. A customer sees the paperwork they were sent and nothing about anyone else.
Where this connects.
These are the parts of VERA this one hands work to.
Payments
Take card payments through Vera Payments, and record the cheques and cash yourself, so the books match what actually arrived rather than what was invoiced.
Estimates
Quotes from your own pricing, sent as a link the customer can accept and sign from their phone. You see when it is opened and when it is signed.
Visit recordings and recaps
Record a conversation on site or bring one in from another recorder. VERA writes it up, and once you approve it the customer gets a recap and the next step.
Try it on your own work.
Start free, connect one thing, and see what VERA does with a real job. It prepares the work and waits for your approval before anything leaves the building.
