Will VERA contact my customers without my permission?
No. Every message, quote, invoice, post and reminder that leaves your business waits in an approval queue until you approve it. What are the plan limits?

What happens in a really busy month?
If you reach the end of a month's AI work, new drafting pauses and nothing else changes. Your data stays put, everything you already approved still runs, and your allowance refills at the start of the next billing cycle.

How do I know how much I have left?
Your account header shows how much of the month is left, and the Usage page lists every job VERA has run and what it took. Nothing is spent without appearing there.

Can VERA bill my weekly customers once a month?
Yes. VERA drafts one invoice per account from the month's completed visits, including any extras your techs logged. Customers who agreed to automatic payments are charged on those terms; the rest get a pay link.
Does VERA track chemical readings?
Your techs can put readings and what was added in their visit notes, and VERA writes those into the visit summary the customer sees. It is not a water-chemistry calculator and does not dose for you.
Can it turn a tech's note into a repair quote?
Yes. When a tech logs a problem, VERA drafts a message to the owner and a quote from your parts and labor rates. You review both before anything is sent.
Will customers get messages I haven't seen?
Not unless you set up a rule for a specific routine message, like a visit reminder. Everything else, quotes, invoices, and replies, waits for your approval.
Can I fill the spring opening calendar faster?
