Will VERA contact my customers without my permission?
No. Every message, quote, invoice, post and reminder that leaves your business waits in an approval queue until you approve it. You can turn on automatic sending for specific routine tasks, but only under rules you set yourself, and the default for everything is off. Every action VERA takes is written to an activity log you can read.

Is VERA right for my business?

What are the plan limits?

What happens in a really busy month?
If you reach the end of a month's AI work, new drafting pauses and nothing else changes. Your data stays put, everything you already approved still runs, and your allowance refills at the start of the next billing cycle.

How do I know how much I have left?
Your account header shows how much of the month is left, and the Usage page lists every job VERA has run and what it took. Nothing is spent without appearing there.

Will VERA send estimates or texts to homeowners on its own?
Only if you tell it to. Every estimate, text, and invoice is drafted and held for you. The only work that runs by itself is a routine task you have put under a rule you created, and every action is logged either way.
Can VERA write up a roof inspection?
Yes. Record the conversation or your walk-through in VERA, or upload the audio, and add photos. VERA drafts a report and a recap page for the homeowner. You edit and approve it before they see it.
Does it handle insurance claims?
No. VERA does not file or negotiate claims and does not connect to insurer systems. It can draft a clear, photo-backed inspection report the homeowner can share with their adjuster, and track your own estimate for the work.
Does it work with CompanyCam and JobNimbus?
Both are in VERA's connector list, along with QuickBooks, Google Business Profile, Stripe, and Google Calendar. You connect by signing in to each tool.
Can homeowners sign the estimate from their phone?
Yes. The estimate goes out as a link the homeowner can accept and sign, and you can see when it was opened and when it was signed. Accepted numbers carry into the job and the invoice.
What happens to calls I miss while I'm on a roof?
Vera, the AI receptionist, answers your business number. She answers from the details you wrote down, offers open inspection times, takes a message for anything else, and puts urgent calls through to whoever you choose.
