Will VERA contact my customers without my permission?
No. Every message, quote, invoice, post and reminder that leaves your business waits in an approval queue until you approve it. You can turn on automatic sending for specific routine tasks, but only under rules you set yourself, and the default for everything is off. Every action VERA takes is written to an activity log you can read.

Is VERA right for my business?

What are the plan limits?

What happens in a really busy month?
If you reach the end of a month's AI work, new drafting pauses and nothing else changes. Your data stays put, everything you already approved still runs, and your allowance refills at the start of the next billing cycle.

How do I know how much I have left?
Your account header shows how much of the month is left, and the Usage page lists every job VERA has run and what it took. Nothing is spent without appearing there.

Does VERA file permits, interconnection, or incentive applications?
No. VERA does not submit anything to a building department, utility, or incentive program. It keeps your own project status notes, reminds you what is pending, and drafts homeowner updates about it.
Can VERA build a solar proposal?
VERA prices a proposal from your own rates and components and sends it as a link the homeowner can accept and sign. It does not do system design or production modeling; bring those numbers from your design tool.
Can it follow up on proposals that take weeks to decide?
Yes. VERA tracks when a proposal is opened and keeps drafting follow-ups until the homeowner replies, signs, or you stop it. Each one waits for your approval.
Will VERA tell homeowners anything without me seeing it?
Not unless you create a rule for a specific routine message. Updates, proposals, and invoices are drafted and held for you, and every action is logged.
Can I bill by milestone?
Yes. VERA drafts the deposit, install, and completion invoices from the accepted proposal with pay-online links, and drafts reminders when a payment is late.
Does it work with HubSpot and CompanyCam?
