How does VERA work?
VERA follows four steps: propose, approve, execute, log. You describe what you need in plain English, or VERA spots the work itself from your jobs and messages. It drafts the result and puts it in an approval queue. You approve, edit or reject it. Only then does VERA send it, and it records what it did.
Will VERA contact my customers without my permission?
No. Every message, quote, invoice, post and reminder that leaves your business waits in an approval queue until you approve it. You can turn on automatic sending for specific routine tasks, but only under rules you set yourself, and the default for everything is off. Every action VERA takes is written to an activity log you can read.
What software does VERA work with?

Is VERA right for my business?

How is VERA different from a general AI assistant like ChatGPT?
A general assistant writes text in a chat window and then you copy it somewhere. What are the plan limits?

What happens in a really busy month?
If you reach the end of a month's AI work, new drafting pauses and nothing else changes. Your data stays put, everything you already approved still runs, and your allowance refills at the start of the next billing cycle.

How do I know how much I have left?

Can VERA build a quote from a video walkthrough?
Yes. Record the walkthrough in VERA or upload the recording, and VERA writes the inventory and drafts the quote from your crew, truck, and rate rules. You review and approve it before the customer sees it.
Does VERA handle moving licenses or regulated estimate forms?
No. VERA does not manage licensing or produce any regulator-specific estimate form. It prices quotes the way you configure them, and you stay responsible for the paperwork your moves require.
Can customers sign and pay a deposit online?
Yes. The quote goes out as a link the customer can accept and sign, and VERA drafts the deposit invoice with a pay-online link. Both wait for your approval.
Will VERA confirm moves without asking me?
Only if you create a rule that lets day-before confirmations run on their own. Otherwise they are drafted as a batch for you to approve, and every action is logged.
Can it help me avoid overbooking a weekend?
VERA holds the crew calendar, spots overlapping moves and crews, and proposes a fix with the customer notice drafted. You decide what changes.
