Is VERA right for my business?

What are the plan limits?

What happens in a really busy month?
If you reach the end of a month's AI work, new drafting pauses and nothing else changes. Your data stays put, everything you already approved still runs, and your allowance refills at the start of the next billing cycle.

How do I know how much I have left?

Can VERA collect the model and serial number before the visit?
VERA drafts the first reply to ask for them, often with a photo of the tag. The answer lands in the customer's thread in your Inbox and stays on their record for the tech.
Does VERA order parts or look up part numbers?
No. VERA does not connect to parts suppliers or manufacturer catalogs. You note the part and its expected date on the job, and VERA keeps the customer updated and proposes the return trip.
Can I credit the diagnostic fee toward the repair?
Yes. Set it up in your pricing and VERA applies the credit on the repair quote. If the customer declines, VERA drafts the invoice for the diagnostic alone.
Does VERA work with home warranty companies?
VERA has no home warranty integration. You can keep warranty jobs as customers and jobs in VERA, but claims and authorizations stay with the warranty company's own system.
Will customers get texts I haven't approved?
Only routine messages you have put under a rule you created, such as a day-before reminder. Everything else is drafted and waits for you, and every action is logged.
