What is VERA?
VERA is an AI business operations assistant for auto detailing. How does VERA work?
VERA follows four steps: propose, approve, execute, log. You describe what you need in plain English, or VERA spots the work itself from your jobs and messages. It drafts the result and puts it in an approval queue. You approve, edit or reject it. Only then does VERA send it, and it records what it did.
Will VERA contact my customers without my permission?
No. Every message, quote, invoice, post and reminder that leaves your business waits in an approval queue until you approve it. You can turn on automatic sending for specific routine tasks, but only under rules you set yourself, and the default for everything is off. Every action VERA takes is written to an activity log you can read.
What software does VERA work with?

Is VERA right for my business?
VERA fits best when the office work is the bottleneck: quotes going out late, follow-ups not happening, invoices sitting unpaid, and nobody on payroll to chase them. It suits auto detailing with one to about twenty-five people. If your admin is already fully covered by staff you trust, VERA has less to add.
How is VERA different from a general AI assistant like ChatGPT?
A general assistant writes text in a chat window and then you copy it somewhere. VERA is connected to your business: it reads your real jobs, customers, quotes and invoices, produces work inside those records, and can send it once you approve. What are the plan limits?
Each plan includes a set number of seats, connected integrations, and scheduled tasks (see each card). Approval and automation capabilities also step up by plan.
What happens in a really busy month?
If you reach the end of a month's AI work, new drafting pauses and nothing else changes. Your data stays put, everything you already approved still runs, and your allowance refills at the start of the next billing cycle.
What do I get during the 7-day trial?
Enough AI work to put VERA through a real week of your own jobs, which is less than a paid month. Upgrade any time and your plan's full allowance and features unlock immediately.
How do I know how much I have left?
Your account header shows how much of the month is left, and the Usage page lists every job VERA has run and what it took. Nothing is spent without appearing there.
Frequently asked questions.
Will VERA text my customers on its own?
No. VERA drafts every quote, reschedule, reminder, and post, then waits for you to approve, edit, or decline. The only exception is a routine task you have explicitly allowed to run on its own under rules you set.
Can it quote by vehicle size and package?
Yes. Set your packages and add-ons up once, with a rate for each vehicle size, and VERA builds every quote from them. You check the price before the customer sees it, and they accept from a link on their phone.
Does it plan my mobile route?
VERA keeps each day's appointments and addresses on the calendar, spots gaps and double-bookings, and drafts the customer message when a job moves. It does not plan or optimize driving routes. Each drive can be logged as mileage from your phone.
Can it run maintenance memberships?
Yes. Give a member's plan a repeat rule and VERA creates the visits ahead on your calendar. You can put the member on automatic payments, which begin once they authorize them, and VERA flags failed payments and skipped visits.
Can I take a deposit on a ceramic coating?
Yes. Add a deposit to the proposal and the customer pays it by card from the same link they accept on. VERA tracks it and drafts a reminder if it has not landed before the shop day.
What happens on a rain day?
Tell VERA the day is off and it drafts a reschedule text for each appointment with the next open slots. Nothing sends until you approve, and each job moves once the customer confirms.
