Powering firms from solo practice to full partnership

Stop wearing every hat

Stop running the firm after hours.

You went to law school to practice, not to chase paperwork and unpaid bills. VERA takes the firm's administrative work off your plate.

Consultation intake

New inquiries go quiet when nobody answers for two days. VERA drafts the reply and offers real times from your calendar the moment a request arrives.

Engagement paperwork

New clients stall waiting on the engagement letter. VERA fills in your firm's own template so an attorney can review and send it the same day.

Client communication

The most common complaint about firms is silence. VERA flags matters that have gone quiet and drafts a plain-language update for approval.

Billing follow-up

Know exactly which balances are aging and send a courteous reminder in seconds instead of at quarter end.

Referral relationships

The colleagues who send you work deserve a thank-you. VERA drafts it while the referral is still fresh.

Firm visibility

Keep your practice areas, reviews, and profile active online without carving out an afternoon for marketing.

The whole job

Your firm runs on approval.

Three simple steps. Nothing leaves the office automatically.

Illustrative, how law firms use VERA
“Running a small firm means the practice is only half the job. VERA handles the other half: consultation replies, engagement packets, client updates, and billing follow-up. Everything is a draft until one of us approves it, so the legal work stays entirely ours.”

Start with trial credits for 7 days. Upgrade anytime to unlock your selected plan’s full monthly credits, automations, integrations, and team features. No commitment during your trial. How credits work

What credits get you

Real per-action costs from the product.

  • Draft a post, email, or reply3 credits
  • Create a full content calendar25 credits
  • Research your competitors25 credits
  • Analyze business data or a report20–50 credits
  • Run an approved automation5–25 credits
  • Heavy agent task (web + tools)50–150 credits

Your plan’s monthly credits work across all of these, mix and match drafts, research, and automations however you like.

How credits work

Open any question for the detail.

What uses credits?

AI work: drafting content, research, analysis, and running approved automations. Simple chats cost the least; heavy agent tasks cost more.

Do unused credits roll over?

Your monthly plan allowance resets each billing cycle. Credit packs you buy separately roll over and don't expire.

Can I buy more credits?

Yes, add credit packs anytime (from $10 for 500 credits), or turn on auto top-up so work never stalls.

What are the plan limits?

Each plan includes a set number of seats, connected integrations, and scheduled tasks (see each card). Approval and automation capabilities also step up by plan.

What does that look like in practice?

Using the per-action costs above, Growth's 2,500 monthly credits cover roughly 800 drafted posts, or 100 competitor research runs, or 100 full content calendars a month, mix and match however you work.

What do I get during the 7-day trial?

A limited pool of trial credits to explore VERA, enough to evaluate it, not the full paid allowance. Upgrade anytime and your selected plan's full monthly credits and features unlock immediately.

What happens when I run out of credits?

The next AI action pauses before it runs (nothing is half-charged) and VERA prompts you to buy a credit pack or upgrade your plan. Work already completed is unaffected, and your monthly credits refill at the start of the next billing cycle. Turn on auto top-up and VERA adds a pack automatically so nothing stalls.

Answers first

Frequently asked questions.

Does VERA practice law or give legal advice?

No. VERA works on the business side of your firm: scheduling, intake, onboarding paperwork built from your own templates, client status updates, billing, and marketing. It does not give legal advice, draft pleadings or contracts for filing, or make any judgment call that belongs to an attorney or paralegal.

How does this work with client confidentiality?

Honestly and narrowly. VERA reads only the systems your firm chooses to connect, and it produces drafts that a person at your firm reviews before anything is sent. It has no independent authority to disclose anything. We make no bar association or compliance certification claims, so review VERA against your own confidentiality and professional responsibility obligations, and connect only the systems you are comfortable sharing.

Will VERA contact my clients without permission?

No. VERA never sends a message, posts content, or charges a card on its own. It drafts everything and waits. Your staff approve, edit, or decline every action, and every action is logged.

Can it prepare engagement letters and intake packets?

It populates the templates your firm already uses with the client, matter, and fee details from intake, then routes the result for attorney review. The wording, the terms, and the decision to send all remain yours.

Can it handle consultation scheduling?

Yes. When a consultation request comes in, VERA drafts the reply, offers real open times from your calendar, and attaches your intake questionnaire. You approve before it goes out.

Can it chase unpaid invoices?

Yes. VERA ranks aging balances by age and amount and drafts a courteous reminder with a payment link for each. Nothing sends until someone at the firm approves it.

Can our whole staff use VERA?

Yes. Growth and larger plans include multiple seats, so your intake coordinator, office manager, and attorneys can review and approve work together.
