Will VERA contact my customers without my permission?
No. Every message, quote, invoice, post and reminder that leaves your business waits in an approval queue until you approve it. You can turn on automatic sending for specific routine tasks, but only under rules you set yourself, and the default for everything is off. Every action VERA takes is written to an activity log you can read.

Is VERA right for my business?

What are the plan limits?

What happens in a really busy month?
If you reach the end of a month's AI work, new drafting pauses and nothing else changes. Your data stays put, everything you already approved still runs, and your allowance refills at the start of the next billing cycle.
What do I get during the 7-day trial?

How do I know how much I have left?
Your account header shows how much of the month is left, and the Usage page lists every job VERA has run and what it took. Nothing is spent without appearing there.

Can VERA bill memberships and training packs?
Yes. Put members on automatic monthly payments, or sell a pack as one invoice or as a set number of payments that stop on their own. Automatic payments begin once the member authorizes them, and every payment lands on one ledger.
Does VERA manage class schedules and check-in?
No. VERA's booking page handles appointment types such as intro sessions, assessments and personal training. It is not a class roster, door access or check-in system.
Can it handle waivers?
VERA drafts a liability waiver and membership agreement from your details as a starting point, not legal advice. Members sign through your own process; VERA does not run a signing flow for them.
Will VERA message members on its own?
Not unless you decide it should. By default every message waits for your approval. If you want one routine task, such as session reminders, to run on its own, you create that rule and can turn it off any time.
Can it answer messages from Instagram?
Yes. Instagram and Facebook messages, texts and email land in one Inbox, keyed to the person. VERA drafts the reply and you approve it.
Does it give workout or nutrition advice?
No. VERA handles the business side: bookings, billing, follow-ups and marketing. Coaching stays with you and your trainers.
Can my trainers use it?
