Will VERA contact my customers without my permission?
No. Every message, quote, invoice, post and reminder that leaves your business waits in an approval queue until you approve it. You can turn on automatic sending for specific routine tasks, but only under rules you set yourself, and the default for everything is off. Every action VERA takes is written to an activity log you can read.
What software does VERA work with?
VERA connects to the accounting, calendar, payment, messaging, review and social tools most small businesses already run, including QuickBooks, Google Calendar, Gmail, Outlook, Stripe, Square, Instagram, Facebook and Mailchimp. Is VERA right for my business?

How do I know how much I have left?

No. Every tour reply, waitlist offer, tuition reminder, and notice is a draft until you approve it. VERA only acts on its own under Auto-Pilot rules you create yourself, and every action is logged.
Does VERA handle check-in, attendance, or daily reports?
No. VERA runs the front office: tours, the waitlist, enrollment paperwork, tuition, and notes to families. Keep your classroom app for check-in, attendance, and daily reports.
Does VERA make my center compliant with licensing rules?
No. VERA does not track ratios, staff credentials, or licensing requirements, and it makes no compliance claim. It collects the forms you ask for, and what you require stays your decision.
Can it bill tuition automatically?
Yes. Families can be set up on automatic weekly or monthly payments, which begin only once they authorize them. Everyone else gets an invoice with a pay link and a reminder if it is late.
How does the waitlist work?
Waiting families live in your contact list, tagged with the classroom and start date they want. When you tell VERA a spot is open, it finds the families who fit and drafts each offer for you to approve.
Can my assistant director use it too?
