What is VERA?
VERA is an AI business operations assistant for spas. How does VERA work?
VERA follows four steps: propose, approve, execute, log. You describe what you need in plain English, or VERA spots the work itself from your jobs and messages. It drafts the result and puts it in an approval queue. You approve, edit or reject it. Only then does VERA send it, and it records what it did.
Will VERA contact my customers without my permission?
No. Every message, quote, invoice, post and reminder that leaves your business waits in an approval queue until you approve it. You can turn on automatic sending for specific routine tasks, but only under rules you set yourself, and the default for everything is off. Every action VERA takes is written to an activity log you can read.
What software does VERA work with?

Is VERA right for my business?

How is VERA different from a general AI assistant like ChatGPT?
A general assistant writes text in a chat window and then you copy it somewhere. What are the plan limits?

What happens in a really busy month?
If you reach the end of a month's AI work, new drafting pauses and nothing else changes. Your data stays put, everything you already approved still runs, and your allowance refills at the start of the next billing cycle.

How do I know how much I have left?
Your account header shows how much of the month is left, and the Usage page lists every job VERA has run and what it took. Nothing is spent without appearing there.

Is VERA a med spa charting or clinical tool?
No. VERA keeps no treatment records or charts, gives no medical or skin advice, and never decides whether someone is a candidate for a treatment. It handles bookings, memberships, intake requests, deposits, invoices, the phone and marketing.
How does VERA handle client privacy?
Narrowly and honestly. VERA reads only what you put into it or choose to connect, every message waits for your approval, and every action is logged. We make no healthcare compliance or certification claim. If you run a med spa, talk to us about your requirements first and involve your own compliance advisor.
Can clients fill out intake forms before they arrive?
Yes. Each appointment type can ask your own intake questions at booking, and VERA can resend them to anyone who skipped. For paperwork you need back as a file, VERA sends a secure upload link.
Can VERA bill memberships and series?
Yes. Memberships run as automatic monthly payments once the member authorizes them. A series can be one invoice with a pay link or a set number of payments that stop on their own.
Will VERA message clients on its own?
Not unless you decide it should. By default every message waits for your approval. If you want one routine task, such as day-before reminders, to run on its own, you create that rule and can turn it off any time.
Does it work with Square?
Yes. VERA connects to Square, Stripe, Google Calendar, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest. You connect by signing in, no API keys.
