Will VERA contact my customers without my permission?
No. Every message, quote, invoice, post and reminder that leaves your business waits in an approval queue until you approve it. You can turn on automatic sending for specific routine tasks, but only under rules you set yourself, and the default for everything is off. Every action VERA takes is written to an activity log you can read.
What software does VERA work with?

Is VERA right for my business?

What are the plan limits?

What happens in a really busy month?
If you reach the end of a month's AI work, new drafting pauses and nothing else changes. Your data stays put, everything you already approved still runs, and your allowance refills at the start of the next billing cycle.

How do I know how much I have left?
Your account header shows how much of the month is left, and the Usage page lists every job VERA has run and what it took. Nothing is spent without appearing there.

Will VERA message families without permission?
No. Every reply, makeup offer, tuition reminder, and notice is a draft until you approve it. VERA only acts on its own under Auto-Pilot rules you create yourself, and every action is logged.
Can it bill tuition automatically each month?
Yes. Families can be set up on automatic payments, which begin only once they authorize them. For everyone else, VERA drafts the monthly invoice with a pay link and a reminder if it is late.
How does it handle makeup lessons?
You write your makeup policy once. When a family asks, VERA offers open times with the same teacher and drafts the reply under that policy, so the answer is consistent no matter who is at the desk.
Can each teacher see their own schedule?
Yes. Invite teachers with a role that fits, so each one sees their own students and lessons without seeing studio finances.
Does VERA sell recital tickets or rent instruments?
