AI Operations Manager for retail stores
Fill your store.
Not your evenings.
VERA drafts in-store promotions, keeps your local profile and hours current, wins back lapsed loyalty members, plans your seasonal displays, and turns slow-moving stock into a dated offer. You stay in complete control by approving every action.
No credit card required · You approve every action · Works with your point-of-sale system
Powering shops from a single storefront to a small chain
Stop wearing every hat
Stop doing store marketing after close.
You are on the floor all day. The signs, the posts, and the loyalty texts get done at 10pm or not at all. VERA writes the first draft of all of it.
Slow weekdays
The same day is quiet every week. VERA spots the pattern and drafts a dated in-store offer with the sign copy and the loyalty text to match.
Stock that will not move
VERA reads your point-of-sale data, flags what has been on the shelf too long, and drafts a dated markdown so you decide what actually goes on sale.
Local visibility
Hours, holiday changes, and what is new in store keep your Google Business Profile working. VERA drafts the update instead of letting the profile go stale.
Loyalty that goes quiet
Members drift away without anyone noticing. VERA finds the ones who have not walked in for months and drafts a reason to come back.
Seasonal displays
The window and the endcaps sneak up on you. VERA maps the theme to the calendar and drafts the promotion that goes with it.
Reviews
Answer every review, good or bad, in your own voice, without composing a reply between customers at the counter.
The whole job
Your store runs on approval.
Three simple steps. Nothing posts or sends on its own.
Ask in plain words. Get the paperwork back.
6 documents retail actually send, set up with your business details, your pricing, and your branding.
Report · 11 items flagged
“What's sitting on the shelf too long?”
The slowest-moving items from your point-of-sale data, each with a dated markdown and shelf-talker copy drafted so you decide what actually goes on sale.
Update · profile + post
“We're closing early on the holiday.”
Updated hours for your Google Business Profile, a post announcing the change, and a note for the door, waiting on your okay before anything publishes.
Win-back · 148 members
“Bring back customers we haven't seen.”
Loyalty members who have not been in for 90 days, each with a personal win-back offer drafted and queued for your approval.

“Marketing a store always lost to being on the floor. VERA has the promotion, the sign copy, and the loyalty text drafted before I open. I approve it in five minutes and go back to helping customers.”

How credits work
Open any question for the detail.
What uses credits?
AI work: drafting content, research, analysis, and running approved automations. Simple chats cost the least; heavy agent tasks cost more.
Do unused credits roll over?
Your monthly plan allowance resets each billing cycle. Credit packs you buy separately roll over and don't expire.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes, add credit packs anytime (from $10 for 500 credits), or turn on auto top-up so work never stalls.
What are the plan limits?
Each plan includes a set number of seats, connected integrations, and scheduled tasks (see each card). Approval and automation capabilities also step up by plan.
What does that look like in practice?
Using the per-action costs above, Growth's 2,500 monthly credits cover roughly 800 drafted posts, or 100 competitor research runs, or 100 full content calendars a month, mix and match however you work.
What do I get during the 7-day trial?
A limited pool of trial credits to explore VERA, enough to evaluate it, not the full paid allowance. Upgrade anytime and your selected plan's full monthly credits and features unlock immediately.
What happens when I run out of credits?
The next AI action pauses before it runs (nothing is half-charged) and VERA prompts you to buy a credit pack or upgrade your plan. Work already completed is unaffected, and your monthly credits refill at the start of the next billing cycle. Turn on auto top-up and VERA adds a pack automatically so nothing stalls.
Answers first
Frequently asked questions.
Will VERA post or send offers without permission?
No. Every promotion, post, loyalty message, and review reply is a draft. You approve, edit, or decline it, and no discount is ever applied on VERA's own initiative.
Does it work with my point-of-sale system?
VERA connects to the tools a store already runs on, including Square, QuickBooks, Google Business Profile, Mailchimp, Instagram, and Facebook. You connect by signing in, no API keys.
How does it know what is not selling?
It reads the sales data from the point-of-sale system you connect and ranks items by how long they have been sitting relative to how they normally move. It proposes the markdown; you set the price.
Can it keep my Google Business Profile updated?
Yes. VERA drafts hours changes, holiday closures, and posts about new arrivals or in-store events, then waits for your approval before anything publishes to your listing.
Can it reach my loyalty members?
Yes. VERA segments members by how long it has been since their last visit and drafts a win-back offer for each group. Nothing sends until you approve the list and the wording.
Is this for online stores too?
This page is written for physical storefronts: foot traffic, displays, in-store offers, and local search. If you sell primarily online, the ecommerce page covers carts, product launches, and email flows instead.
Can my staff approve things when I am not there?
Yes. Growth and larger plans include multiple seats, so a manager can review and approve the day's marketing when you are off the floor.
