Will VERA contact my customers without my permission?
No. Every message, quote, invoice, post and reminder that leaves your business waits in an approval queue until you approve it. You can turn on automatic sending for specific routine tasks, but only under rules you set yourself, and the default for everything is off. Every action VERA takes is written to an activity log you can read.

What are the plan limits?

What happens in a really busy month?
If you reach the end of a month's AI work, new drafting pauses and nothing else changes. Your data stays put, everything you already approved still runs, and your allowance refills at the start of the next billing cycle.
What do I get during the 7-day trial?

How do I know how much I have left?
Your account header shows how much of the month is left, and the Usage page lists every job VERA has run and what it took. Nothing is spent without appearing there.

Can VERA reply to Instagram DMs?
Yes. Instagram and Facebook messages land in one Inbox with texts and email, keyed to the client. VERA drafts the reply, often with a quote and open dates, and you approve it before it sends.
Can it take deposits?
Yes. VERA sends a deposit pay link with your policy, tracks whether it was paid, and lists anyone holding a deposit with no session booked. Card numbers go straight to the payment processor and are not stored by VERA.
Can clients sign the release form online?
No. VERA drafts a release form from your studio's details as a starting point, not legal advice, and can send it ahead so clients have read it. Signing happens at the studio, the way you do it today.
Does VERA write aftercare advice?
No. You write your aftercare once, in your own words, and VERA sends it after each session. It does not give care advice of its own.
Will VERA message clients on its own?
Not unless you decide it should. By default every message waits for your approval. If you want one routine task, such as aftercare after each session, to run on its own, you create that rule and can turn it off any time.
Can each artist have their own book?
Yes. Services can be tied to the artists who do them, with their own durations, and Growth and Agency plans include multiple seats.
Can I review everything before it happens?
Always. VERA is approval-first: propose, approve, execute. Nothing reaches a client without your say-so, and every action is logged.
