Will VERA contact my customers without my permission?
No. Every message, quote, invoice, post and reminder that leaves your business waits in an approval queue until you approve it. Is VERA right for my business?

What are the plan limits?

What happens in a really busy month?
If you reach the end of a month's AI work, new drafting pauses and nothing else changes. Your data stays put, everything you already approved still runs, and your allowance refills at the start of the next billing cycle.
What do I get during the 7-day trial?

How do I know how much I have left?
Your account header shows how much of the month is left, and the Usage page lists every job VERA has run and what it took. Nothing is spent without appearing there.

Can clients book a specific stylist?
Yes. Each appointment type can be tied to the stylists who do it, with its own duration and buffer. A slot is offered only when one of those stylists is free.
Can VERA take deposits?
Yes. VERA sends a pay link for the deposit with your cancellation policy, tracks whether it was paid, and drafts a reminder if it was not. Card numbers go straight to the payment processor and are not stored by VERA.
Does it work with Square?
Yes. VERA connects to Square, Stripe, Google Calendar, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and Mailchimp. You connect by signing in, no API keys.
Will VERA text my clients on its own?
Not unless you decide it should. By default every message waits for your approval. If you want one routine task, such as day-before reminders, to run on its own, you create that rule and can turn it off any time.
Can it answer Instagram messages?
Yes. Instagram and Facebook messages, texts and email land in one Inbox, keyed to the client. VERA drafts the reply with real open times and you approve it.
Can every stylist use it?
