Will VERA contact my customers without my permission?
No. Every message, quote, invoice, post and reminder that leaves your business waits in an approval queue until you approve it. How do I know how much I have left?

Yes. Services can be tied to the technicians who do them, and a client is offered only the times their chosen tech is actually free.
Can VERA book a group?
VERA finds the times when enough technicians are free together and drafts the reply with your group price and a deposit link. You approve it, and the appointments go on each tech's book.
Does it handle walk-ins?
VERA books appointments, not the walk-in line. Vera can tell callers your walk-in policy and hours, and the booking page shows only real open times.
Will VERA text my clients on its own?
Not unless you decide it should. By default every message waits for your approval. If you want one routine task, such as day-before reminders, to run on its own, you create that rule and can turn it off any time.
Does it work with Square?
