Will VERA contact my customers without my permission?
No. Every message, quote, invoice, post and reminder that leaves your business waits in an approval queue until you approve it. What happens in a really busy month?
If you reach the end of a month's AI work, new drafting pauses and nothing else changes. Your data stays put, everything you already approved still runs, and your allowance refills at the start of the next billing cycle.

How do I know how much I have left?

How does VERA handle patient privacy?
Narrowly and honestly. VERA reads only what your clinic puts into it or chooses to connect, every message waits for staff approval, and every action is logged. We make no healthcare compliance or certification claim here. Talk to us about your clinic's requirements before you put patient information in, and involve your own compliance advisor.
Is VERA a clinical or documentation tool?
No. VERA writes no plans of care, progress notes or exercise programs, gives no advice, and is not an EMR. It handles scheduling, paperwork requests, billing and outreach around the care your therapists provide.
Does it track insurance authorizations or visit limits?
No. VERA does not file claims, track authorizations or count covered visits. It schedules the visits your clinic sets and bills the visits you bill directly.
Can VERA book a patient's standing schedule?
Yes. Give it the days, times and number of weeks, and it proposes each visit where the therapist is free, flags conflicts, and drafts the confirmation. Nothing is booked or sent until staff approve it.
What do the referral-source notes say?
Thank you, and nothing more. VERA drafts a short note to the practice that sent a patient and includes no patient details. It does not send clinical updates.
Will VERA message patients on its own?
Not unless you decide it should. By default every message waits for staff approval. If you want one routine task, such as day-before confirmations, to run on its own, you create that rule and can switch it off any time.
Can several therapists and front-desk staff use it?
